Executive summary

Develop the taxi moto business in Brussels. We started this activity in april 2012.

This activity does already exist in different cities like Paris, Madrid,Geneva and it's becoming a real solution for persons transport in cities with traffic proplems.

Our purpose is to propose to all persons with a tightened planning to get through traffic jams or even insure the client to get from point A to B in a certain time.

We will also propose to all big companies a solution for there employees whom will often need to move within Brussels and around.

On a simple call or internet registration we will send a driver with moto at the asked hour.

We did start the business in collaboration with the government of Brussels and received regional agreement to start the activity as official taxi moto.

Market - Problem

Today you have no real comfortable transport solution which insure you to be on time or to plan a fixed schedule time in advance in Brussels.

We do have to face lots of traffic jams, according to a study on the field done by Tom Tom (Gps), Brussels is one of the cities with the most traffic jams.

Another study showed that the occupation of cars did not exceed 1,22% which can be considered as one passenger per car.

We have today lots of persons coming from other countries, they are coming for one or two days business trips and they are working till the last minute but they still have to catch their train or flight on time to get back home.

Mostly with the traffic problems they get stuck in traffic jams. The only quick solution is the motorbike.

Product - Solution offered

In order to help persons with a need of mobility and a tightened planning we propose a moto transport. This ensure you to be on time and to have a smooth ride.

We provide all clothes and protection to be safe and dry after all journeys. You can travel with a normal suitcase bagage (dimension 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm and 10 kg) and a handbag.

We offer real punctuality to companies and even help them to save time and money. Catch a train on time, work till the last minute at the office and organise your journeys with or without traffic jams.

Distribution model

On a simple call or internet registration we will send a driver with moto at the asked hour (www.urbandrive.be-027 336 336).

You can pay your journey straight to the driver or at the regitration.

Our service will often cost the same or just a little more than a premium car service. We have fixed fares, no surprises anymore avoid exagerate taxi bills.
